Elm Court Apartments is a 72-unit affordable housing community located in Gillette, WY. The property is minutes from outdoor recreation, grocers, schools, and shopping venues, including Walmart and The Home Depot.
The property was built and placed in service in 2008 under the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. There is an existing regulatory agreement in place which requires 71 units to be rented to income qualifying residents earning no more than 30% & 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) limits, which are provided by the Wyoming Community Development Authority. The remaining unit is to be set-aside as a Manager’s Unit.
Elm Court Apartments offers one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes featuring air conditioning, a patio or balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closets, a washer/dryer, and extra storage space. Community amenities include a clubhouse, bbq/grilling area, on-site laundry facilities, a picnic area, and playground.
