Opportunity
Berkadia, on behalf of EDEN Multifamily and Sterling Equities (the ‘Sponsors’), is engaged to secure a LP equity partner for EDEN Oaks (‘Project’ or ‘Property’). The Project will be a 200-unit, three-story, garden-style property fronting US-1 in the highly coveted Port St. Lucie market.
The Sponsors acquired the 16.5-acre site in February 2023. The project is in the process of obtaining final permits to have the ability to break ground in Q2 of 2023.
The Sponsors are seeking a Limited Partner capital contribution in the amount of $20,836,641 (90/10 LP/GP Split).
