THE offering

Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality has been exclusively retained to offer for sale the fee simple interest in the 182-key Home2 Suites (110 keys) / Tru (72 keys) by Hilton Minneapolis Mall of America (the“Hotel,”“Asset,“Property,” “Dual-Brand”, or “Home2 Suites/Tru”).
